The present moment is the only unchanging truth

The Bohr effect: CO2 is what releases oxygen to your cells
Werner explains the Bohr effect as the mechanism behind why CO2 matters. Oxygen locks onto hemoglobin in the lungs, and a signal is needed to release it at the tissues.
