Identify your resonant frequency
In the first session, find the breathing rate between 5 and 6.5 breaths per minute that produces the biggest, most beautiful heart rate oscillations for your specific heart.

Breathe 15 minutes, twice a day, with a pacer
Practice at your resonant frequency for 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes in the evening. Follow a visual breath pacer on screen rather than closing your eyes.
